	In consequence of the said Inn and Premises having been by the Flood rendered unfit for business the Claimants Joseph Garside and Daniel Fossick Alderson as Lessees are entitled as against the Claimant John Pearson as Owner (under terms of lease) to an abatement of rent for three months equal (at £35 per annum) to £8.15.0 which sum the said John Pearson allows to the said other Claimants and seeks to recover from the Water Works Company		£8	15s
