    Rodgers Charles, Mason and Builder for rebuilding stone and brick walls, coal house and Pigsties, repairing corner parts of Building and Privies, taking up and relaying Cellar and House Floors and cleaning Water Course as per account as follows:        
    In Consequence of the Inundation, Eight houses of the Claimant were rendered untenantable and the same were respectively untenanted and unproductive for the periods, and resulting in the loss following, which the Claimant seeks to recover viz:        
    No. 1, 18 Weeks at 3/. £2.14.0        
    No. 2, 14 Weeks at 2/6 £1.15.0        
    No. 3, 14 Weeks at 2/6 £1.15.0        
    No. 4, 17 Weeks at 2/6 £2.2.6

    The Claimant has also incurred charges in superintendance of the works necessary to be and actually done according to the foregoing particulars and of her solicitor preparatory to this Claim amounting together to £8 8s    
    The Claimant seeks to recover Interest at 7½ per cent per annum from time of payment of the foregoing sums until 30th August 1865, say 15 months on £226.9.10 £21 4s 6d  
    About 3 Acres of Land, belonging to the Claimant adjoining to & lying in front of her Dwelling Houses at Wood Grove, Hill Foot, aforesaid and also adjoining and fronting to the Sheffield and Halifax Turnpike Road is Building Land, the value thereof has been materially lessened by the Inundation and the Claimant seeks to recover in respect of such depreciation, the sum of £679 10s
