The two Converting Furnaces are so much injured that it will be necessary to take one of them down and rebuild it and repair the other ~ The Walls Roof and Cellar Arch of the Cast Steel Furnace are injured ~ The Walls of the Charcoal House and Watch House are cracked and the Foundation Wall next the River has received serious damage which I estimate at the sum of One hundred and fifty Pounds, by Mr. C. Unwin, Surveyor
