  Loss of Trade   To loss of Customers on this day, not being able to get to my shop on account of the Ball Street Bridge being washed away. And I had the meat left to spoil to the value of £16

    Before the Flood my takings per week up to March the 12th 64, averaged Thirty pounds per week, but in consequence of the loss of the Ball Street Bridge, being washed away have only taken on an average £16 ~ per week since the above date, so that my loss will be about 35/ per week up to the 28th day of October 64, 34 weeks at 35/ £59 10s    
    To further loss likely to be sustained by me in consequence of the above named Bridge not being restored at once say 26 weeks at 35/ per week £45 10s
