    To William Boyes for opening and shutting up the Houses which had been left in order to dry the Walls and Floors, 5 weeks at 3/ per week   15s    
    To loss sustained by Tenants leaving the Houses and their not been in a fit condition to relet in consequence of their been so very damp
2 Houses at 2/6 weekly for 28 weeks each, deduct 1/3 from one House
