  As Tenant and Occupier of a Dwelling House situate at Neepsend and owner of Personal Property consisting of Household Furniture Garden Tools, Trees scrubs, Petty Pig sty Frames etc. etc.   Damage done to a dwelling House situate in Neepsend lane, parish of Sheffield, built by me 20 years at a cost of £150 on a garden which I held from year to year and which house and Garden was in my occupation at the time of the flood - The windows and doors were washed out, Oven Fire Rangers and Sinkstone displaced by the force of the water. I Estimate the damage at £15
