Chadwick Thirwall, Builders of Masbro' at that sum as per Specification of Messrs. Frith Brothers & Jenkinson, Architects and Surveyors of East Parade, Sheffield

    Four Pounds Ten Shillings for loss of rent from the said Cottages during the time they were damaged until the Repairs were completed £4 10s    
    Fifteen Pounds, Twelve shillings and Ten Pence being amount of Law Charges incurred by me in procuring the money required for payment of the Contractors claim £15 12s 10d  
    Eight Pounds fourteen shillings and Sixpence for damage to Samuel Longden's House at Farfield as per Frith Brothers & Jenkinson's Valuation £8 14s 6d  
    Thirty three Pounds, one Shilling for damage to the Walls, Gate and Road, at Farfield Gardens as per Frith Brothers & Jenkinson's Valuation £33 1s    
    Five Pounds Five Shillings for extra professional services of my Agent in Sheffield, Mr. Alfred Allott of Prior Court £5 5s    
    Five Pounds and Sixpence, for costs in valuing the damage done and Superintending the repair of the property, Messrs. Frith Brothers & Jenkinson of East Parade being so employed £5   6d  
    Three pounds eighteen Shillings and Eight Pence my Expenses to Sheffield to inspect the Property on the occasion of the Flood £3 18s 8d  
    Sixty eight Pounds, one shilling and three pence for loss of one years rent of the said Gardens £68 1s 2d  
    I also claim Intereset after the rate of Five per cent per annum upon
