    The Inundation stopped the business of the Claimants premises entirely for upward of a month, and partially for a considerable further period        
    The Claimant expended in Wages in cleaning his premises & in removing and collecting his stock £27.6.0. He had to lay out money on repurchasing stock and for wages above mentioned , which would otherwise have been profitable employed in his said Trade        
    Loss. Costs, charges damages and expenses incurred by the injury done to the Premises occupied by the Claimant on Dixon Street and to his Stock in Trade and effects thereon and his Trade and business as a slater £183 19s 4d
