    Also two Cottages adjoining the said Premises, damage to the foundations, Floors, Set Pots, Ovens and Ranges, Plastering on Walls, 2 Yards Deep, doors and Locks laking Mud out, repairing sough and cleansing the same £7 15s    
    In consequence of the Flood and damage done to the said Cottages one has been empty ever since, which weekly rent was 3/. Per Week, 33 Weeks expired and still empty up to this date £4 19s
