    Loss on Rents to Oct 1st 1864 on account of Tenants removing, Lost rent etc. the Houses being unfit to live in, Also for unoccupied Land part of it having been washed away by Flood £26   5d  
    Also a further loss, as these 16 Houses, and Piece of Land, will not let so well as before for some years to come, there will also be a further loss to the owner, of Rents, on the present empty houses £78 1s 3d
