The following is a copy of his tender. |

Mr. Hubie Sir, I do hereby offer to reinstate the property in Kelham Street those parts that were damaged by Flood on March 12th 1864, viz. to take down and rebuild that part of the fence Wall that is damaged near the Gate, and refix the Kitchen fire place and floor and repair the boarding and plaster the Wall and Paint the same with three Coats of good oil and lead paint, also to repair the doors and Steps and Walls and floors of the Stable and the Sheds for the sum of £12.
