    To Mr. Falding's charge for superintending repairs, valuing, and other Sundry at~tendances £3      
    Paid Needham for cleaning away Mud and Rubbish out of Yard, Reservoir, etc. under Yard, and also for repairs done to Walling and Cementing of reservoir £8 11s    
    New Ball Tap to reservoir old one being damaged and fixing same and repairs   15s    
    Paid Needham for taking up flags etc. to 3 house floors one in Joiner Lane occupied by Frederick Parish, and 2 houses in Yard in the occupation of Joseph Whittington and John Stocks and for several other repairs to damages caused by the Flood £14 2s 6d  
    Amount paid the following Persons for cleansing their Houses, as consented to by the Water Company on the 18th October 1864. John Noon, George Green, Eliza Long, Frederick Parish, Thomas Lyatts, Edwin Leadbeater, George Smith, John Stocks, Benjamin Hague, Ann Wood, Jane Dawson, and Ann Crosland, 12 Houses @ 5/ each £3      
    At 4 houses top of Yard occupied by James Johnson, Thomas Lyon, William Egan, and Eliza Turner, The stone floors will require taking up and relaying same as those described for the 3 houses in Joiner Lane 4 houses at 70/ each £14      
    At 3 houses in Yard back of houses fronting to Andrew Street occupied by George Green, John Noon, and Jane Dawson, The stone floors will require taking up in two of the houses, and partly in the other house and relaying same as before, described 2 houses at £3.10.0 each and 1 house at £1.15.0 £8 15s
