    Cash paid to Francis Brookfield for Glaziers work   8s    
    Cash paid to John Stevenson for Plaster and Whitewashing £3 1s    
    Cash paid to C&W Black for Joiners work £2 10s 4d  
    Cash paid to a labourer for clearing Mud 12 days at 3/~ per day £1 16s    
    For damages caused to the said Premises as follows        
    Stationers Shop. Taking up and relaying flagging in Ashes including resquaring and making good 22 superficial Yards 53 Yards plastering on Walls, papering Walls already destroyed by damp and repapering same £5   5d  
    Confectioners Shop. Taking up squaring relaying in Ashes and making good 16 Yards of flagging, 4½ Roods 5 inches Brick walling 30 yards plastering, papering low Room and repapering low Room and Chamber £6 7s    
    House in Yard. 22 Superficial Yards of flagging as before. 20 Yards plastering and repapering in lieu of paper already decayed by damp £3 11s 2d  
    Public House. 12/9 roods 9 inch Brick Walling, 72 Yards of flagging, 70 Yards Plastering, 30 Yards Painting on Walls and repapering Rooms £12   4d  
    Depreciation in the value of the property producing a gross rental of £55.14.0 in consequence of the Walls and ~ surrounding soil being saturated so as to render the houses damp ~ and scarcely habitable £27 17s    
    Also Interest on the above amount of £72.10.2 from March 12th 1864 until the Assessment of the damages hereby claimed
