    For the loss of Goods belonging to the said John Howe in the yard of the above mentioned ~ Premises (washed away), 30 Loads Stone @ 2/6 per Load £3 15s    
    Timber and other Wood £6      
    For expenses incurred in obtaining the valu~ation of the above damages £3 3s    
    For 2½ Years ground rent payable in respect of the said Premises without value to the Claimants on account of the above damages £12 10s 10d  
    To legal expenses incurred prior to the ~ preparation of this Claim £1 1s    
    Also Interest on £338.19.0 being the above Amount less the ground Rent at 5 Per Centum Per Annum from the date of the Inundation until the Assessment of the damages hereby claimed
