  Nature of Bodily Injury Assessment of damages claimed for bodily injury  
  A severe cold producing congestion of the Lungs and also a shock to the nervous system occasioned by fright resulting in consumption consequent upon Claimants Son being in the Flood and placed in a perilous position at Messrs. Charles the Kelham Rolling Mills Kelham Island on the 12th March last. He was Night working and during the Inundation sought refuge in the rafters when the building took fire From that time up to and at present he is under the Medical treatment of Mr Lawton Surgeon and including his Bill for Medicine and attendance of £10 £25
