The Flood inundated the whole of the property. It destroyed a great part of the fences all round the three various plots of Land and also some inner fences belonging to the property. All the outer Fences belong to the Property except the Fence dividing Lot 1 from the adjoining Property of Messrs. William and Samuel Butcher, the Fence dividing Lot 2 from the property of Bernard Wake and Marcus Smith and the fences dividing Lot 3 from the adjoining Property of Mr William Sutcliffe and belonging to the Sandbed Tilt Company. |

It destroyed various Grates and Doors. It damaged the four Houses on Lot 1 and entirely destroyed the Garden House on Lot 3 |
