    All the above Land was at the time of the Inundation divided into numerous Gardens in the occupation of various Tenants        
    The Four Houses on Lot 1 above mentioned were at the time of the Inundation in the respective occupations of William Wostenholm and William Lee, of Thomas Petty and Peter Webster and all now occupied by William Wostenholm and Robert Longden        
    The Flood inundated the whole of the property. It destroyed a great part of the fences all round the three various plots of Land and also some inner fences belonging to the property. All the outer Fences belong to the Property except the Fence dividing Lot 1 from the adjoining Property of Messrs. William and Samuel Butcher, the Fence dividing Lot 2 from the property of Bernard Wake and Marcus Smith and the fences dividing Lot 3 from the adjoining Property of Mr William Sutcliffe and belonging to the Sandbed Tilt Company.        
    It destroyed various Grates and Doors. It damaged the four Houses on Lot 1 and entirely destroyed the Garden House on Lot 3        
    For damages (apart from the deterioration in the value of the property after restoration) the Claimants Claim £614 5s 9d  
    And for the deterioration in the value of the property after restoration £1730      
        £2344 5s 9d
