    Lot 2. A plot of ground containing 3a. 0r. 9p or thereabouts abutting on Lands of Mr Cooper towards the North East, on Lands of Messrs Bernard Wake and Marcus Smith, towards the East and South East on lands of Mr William Sutcliffe towards the West and North West and on Neepsend Lane towards the South.        
    Lot 3. A plot of ground containing 6a. 0r. 18½p or thereabouts abutting on Old Park Wood (the property of the Duke of Norfolk) towards the North East on the property of the Sandbed Tilt Company and on Club Mill Lane towards the South and South West and on property of Mr William Sutcliffe towards the East and a Garden House thereon.
