  The Claimants are the Trustees and Executors of the Will of William Flockton deceased, who died on the 28th day of September last and who at the time of the Inundation & henceforth to the time of his decease was the owner of six leasehold dwellinghouses and a Beerhouse situate in Mill Street (now Alma Street) Sheffield   Paid wages to men for cleaning out cellars & removing mud therefrom & from the property £5 10s 6d  
    Loss of Rents some of the Tenants leaving the property in consequence of the Inundation and allowances to others to induce them to remain £7 17s    
    Cost of necessary repairs estimated by Mr Unwin, Architect, at - £47   8d
