The said John Pearson is Owner in fee of the Public House or Inn known as "The Neepsend Tavern" with the Buildings Gardens and Premises thereto all which were at the date of the Inundation and now are under lease by him to the said Joseph Garside and Daniel Fossick Alderson and are by the latter as Lessees sublet to their Undertenant Mary Dyson. |

The Claims of the said John Pearson (as Owner) and of the said Joseph Garside and Daniel Fossick Alderson (as Lessees) are agreed to be consolidated and presented as one joint Claim so far as may be. |

The Claimants seek to recover for damages sustained by them by reason of the ~ Inundation by the injury done to the said Inn Buildings Gardens and Premises and loss of Property and for Costs incurred by them up to date of this Claim towards repairing and making good the same and for consequential damages sustained by the Claimants by reason of the said Inundation and the matters aforesaid as mentioned in the Schedule hereunto ~ annexed and therein particularized which damages and Costs the Claimants seek to recover from the Sheffield Water Works Company amounting together to the sum of |
