Loss of time of Workmen in employ of Claimant at time of Inundation	The Claimant is the Owner and Occupier of the Norfolk Saw Mills in Mowbray Street Sheffield and he employed there at the time of the Flood 35 Workmen whose names are set forth in the Schedule hereto annexed. The said Norfolk Saw Mills were inundated and thereby all business was suspended from five days to seven days after the Flood. The Claimant was consequently unable to employ the said 35 Workmen at their regular Trade but they seek to recover from the Claimant their usual Wages during such period, and the Claimant therefore seeks to recover from the Sheffield Water Works Company the sums so claimed from him by the parties and for the amount specified in the said Schedule hereto ~ annexed as consequential damages to which he is subjected by reason of the said ~ Inundation ~ amounting together to	£29	9s	5d
