    The value of the 7000 Square Yards of Land at Hill Foot which is Building Land has been materially lessened by the Inundation. The Claimants therefore seek to recover for such depreciation the sum of £315      
    The Claimants seek to recover Interest on the said sum of £261.19.8 say 9 Months @ 7½ Per Cent. £12 4s    
    The Claimants have incurred charges of Valuer and Solicitor Preliminary to this Claim and which they seek to recover. £4 4s    
    To Value of Edge and Channel Stones washed away, Also injury to Drains, etc. in Rutland Road, also injury to Road and Footpaths, etc. 50 yards Lineal 14/~ £35
