To Damages sustained by the Claimants as Owners of two Grinding Wheels on the River Loxley in the Chapelry of Bradfield in the County of York known respectively as the Rowell Bridge Wheels by the destruction (by the Inundation) of the Weir Shuttles retaining Walls and Embankment next the River Loxley and Goit to the fixed Stone there marked to the height of the Weir one moiety of such Weir Shuttles and retaining Walls and Embankment to the said Walls being the common Property of the Claimants (the other Moiety belonging to the Owners of an adjoining Wheel) and used in obtaining the common supply of Water to their said Wheels and Works.
