The Claimant is entitled as absolute Owner to one twelfth part of the Property mentioned in Part 1 of the annexed Schedule forming Part of the Rowell Bridge Grinding Wheel and Premises thereto situate in the Chapelry of Bradfield in the Parish of Ecclesfield Yorkshire which Property is held by the Claimant as Tenant in Common as between herself and the following Persons namely John Pitchford the Mortgagee and Devisees of George Goodinson deceased Luke Oates and Alfred Darwent and Henry Darwent.
The Claimant is also entitled as absolute owner to one sixth part of the entirety of the North end of the said Rowell Bridge Grinding Wheel situate as aforesaid mentioned in Part 2 of the annexed Schedule and which property is held by the Claimant as Tenant in Common as between herself and the following Persons namely Luke Oates and Alfred Darwent and Henry Darwent. |
