  Nature of Claimant’s Interest   Particulars of Claim Amount of Damages Claimed  
  The Claimants are entitled as joint Tenants and absolute Owners to two twelfth parts of the Property mentioned in Part 1 of the annexed Schedule forming part of the Rowell Bridge Grinding Wheel and Premises thereto ~ situate in the Chapelry of Bradfield in the Parish of Ecclesfield Yorkshire which property is held by the Claimants as Tenants in common as between them~selves and the following Persons namely John Pitchford ~ The Mortgagee and Devisees of George Goodinson deceased Luke Oats and Elizabeth Smith.
The Claimants are also entitled as joint Tenants and absolute Owners to two sixth parts or one third of the entirety of the North end of the said Rowell Bridge Grinding Wheel, situate as aforesaid mentioned in Part 2 of the annexed Schedule and which property is held by the Claimants as Tenants in common as between themselves and the following persons namely, the said Luke Oates, and Elizabeth Smith.
  To Damages sustained by the Claimants by the destruction of their Property and injury thereto by the Inundation mentioned in the ~ Schedule hereto annexed and therein Particularized and damages consequent thereon as shewn by the said Schedule which damages the Claimants seek to recover from the Sheffield Water ~ Works Company amounting together to £508 8s 5d
