    The Particulars referred to in the annexed Claim of Alfred and Henry Darwent        
    The Entirety of the Property comprised in part 1 of this Schedule destroyed by the Inundation belonged to the several Owners of the Rowell Bridge Grinding Wheel in proportions following namely - Three Twelfths to Mr John Pitchford, three twelfths to the Mortgagee and Devisees of George Goodinson deceased, two twelfths to the Claimants Alfred Darwent and Henry Darwent as joint tenants, three twelfths to Luke Oates and one twelfth to Elizabeth Smith.        
    The Claimants Alfred Darwent and Henry Darwent seek to recover two twelfth parts of the Damages shewn by the following particulars in Part 1 of Schedule and to which two twelfths they are entitled as joint tenants

    Goit Cleansing out 56 feet long x 9 ft x 3 ft = 56 yards 1/. To be deposited at the back of the River and Bank £2 16s

    Goit cleaning below from Fore Bay and Water Wheels down Goit to end of Arch, 128 yards long x 3½ yards x 4 ft 6 in., the same forward, 26 yards x 3½ yards x 18 in. deep 717½ yards @ 1/. Per yard £35 17s 6d  
    2 Walls on River side and bottom of Goit adjoining the River, 55 yards long each x 6 ft x 2 ft 3 in. & excavating = 165 yards @ 7/. £57 15s    
    2 Retaining Walls down the Goit side £20      
    The Claimants seek to recover as compensation for the Destruction by the Inundation of the North End of the said Rowell Bridge Grinding Wheel 2/6ths parts or one third of which belonged to them the sums and according to the particulars shewn in Part 2 of this Schedule namely:

    The Claimants mentioned in the annexed claim also seek to recover the following consequential Damages by the Flood & which property they cannot restore until the receipt by them (on 30th August 1865) of the Damages in Parts 1 & 2 of this Schedule        
    The Property comprised in Parts 1 & 2 of this Schedule, were producing, before the flood, the following rents, viz.

    The Claimants seek to recover a sum equal to those rents from 11th March 1864, to the expiration of one year from the time fixed by the Statute for Payment of the damages, namely 30th August 1866, 2 years, 24 weeks and 4 days £111 9s 6d  
    The Claimants have also incurred charges of Valuers, Millwright and Solicitors, preparatory to this Claim and consequent upon the destruction of their property amounting to £8
