The Claimant has had a considerable portion of the above Works done and has paid therefor, part thereof yet remains to be done the Cost of the whole paid and remaining to pay and which he seeks to recover amounts to |

He has had frequent journies to and from Sheffield in consequence of the destruction of and damage to his property, and has had to employ a person to superintend the repairs etc. which matters together have cost him and seeks to recover therefor |
