	Rebuild Fence and next the River 9 Roods at 20/. Fence at end of Property 2 at 26/. Clearing the Yard and Asphalting, Rebuilding 2 Privies and Ash Vault, Emaining repairing and opening Drains, Painting outside of Doors windows and Shutters, Superintending repairs
	The Claimant has had a considerable portion of the above Works done and has paid therefor, part thereof yet remains to be done the Cost of the whole paid and remaining to pay and which he seeks to recover amounts to	£84		6d
	The Claimant resides 13 miles from Sheffield, 2 miles from the Kiveton Park Station. He has had frequent journies to and from Sheffield in consequence of the destruction of and damage to his property, and has had to employ a person to superintend the repairs etc. which matters together have cost him and seeks to recover therefor	£10
	All the Houses of the Claimant were occupied at the time of the Flood but seven Houses out of the the twelve Houses only are yet let to Tenants. Those Seven Houses have been unoccupied since Flood from 7 weeks to 17 weeks each and loss of rents by such 7 Houses remaining unoccupied has amounted to	£10	12s	6d
	The Claimant has yet 5 Houses empty and likely to remain so. Claimant seeks to recover 1 year's loss of Rents at £6.10.0 each	£32	10s
	The Claimant is not able since the Flood to let his Houses at the same Rents as before, five thereof do not let at all, the annual and saleable value of the property has been depreciated by the Inundation and the Claimant seeks to recover in respect of such permanent depreciation the sum of	£100
	The Claimant has lost by arrears of Rent owing by Tenants occupying at the time of Flood whose property was destroyed and were also driven from the Cottages and which Rents he seeks to recover	£9	10s	8d
	The Claimant also seeks to recover Interest at 7½ per cent on £94.0.6 for one year say	£7
	The Claimant has incurred and seeks to recover the charges he has incurred by employing Surveyor, Valuer and Solicitor preparatory to this Claim and consequent on the Flood	£3	3s
	Whitewashing and Painting 12 Houses, 7 new Locks and Keys, 12 Fire Places and ranges repairing, 2 pairs of Outside Shutters, Pump Case repairing, examining and repairing the Well
