    The Entirety of the Property comprised in part 1 of this Schedule destroyed by the Inundation belonged to the several Owners of the Rowell Bridge Grinding Wheel in the proprietors following namely Six twelfth parts to the Claimants John Pitchford and the Mortgagee and Devisees of George Goodinson deceased (mentioned in annexed claim) in equal moieties and the other half as follows - Three twelfths to Luke Oates Two twelfths to Alfred Darwent and Henry Darwent and One twelfth to Elizabeth Smith. The Claimant John Pitchford and the Mortgagee and Devisees of George Goodinson deceased (mentioned in annexed claim) six twelfth parts of one half of the damages shewn by the following particulars in Part 1 of Schedule and to which one half they are entitled in equal moieties

    The Claimants John Pitchford and the Mortgagee and Devisees of George Goodinson deceased (mentioned in annexed claim) also seek to recover as compensation for the destruction by the Inundation of the south end of the said Rowell Bridge Grinding Wheel which belonged to them in equal moieties - the sums and according to the particulars shewn in Part 2 of this Schedule, namely

    Part 3        
    The same Claimants mentioned in the annexed Claim also seek to recover the following consequential damages by reason of their property having been totally destroyed by the Flood and which property they cannot restore until the receipt by them (on 30th August 1865) of the Damages shewn on parts 1 and 2 of this Schedule        
    The Property comprised in parts 1 and 2 of this Schedule were producing before the Flood the following rents, namely        
    4 Troughs at £3.3.0 per annum £12.12.0        
    2 Half Troughs at £2.2.0 £4.4.0        
    7 Front Troughs at £5.5.0 £36.15.0        
    2 Troughs in Chamber at £5.5.0 £10.10.0

    The said Claimants seek to recover the sum equal to these rents from 11th March 1864 to the expiration of one year from time fixed by the Statute for payment of the damages viz. 30th August 1866 2 years 24 weeks & 4 days £349      
    The Claimants have also incurred charges of Valuers Millwright and Solicitors preparatory to this Claim sand consequent upon the destruction of their Property amounting to £25
