    The Claimant also seeks to recover the following consequential Damages by the Flood & which property he cannot restore until the receipt by him (on 30th August 1865) of the Damages in Parts 1 & 2 of this Schedule        
    The Property comprised in Parts 1 & 2 of this Schedule, were producing, before the flood, the following rents, viz.

    The Claimant seeks to recover a sum equal to those rents from 11th March 1864, to the expiration of one year from the time fixed by the Statute for Payment of the damages, namely 30th August 1866, 2 years, 24 weeks and 4 days £150 8s 4d  
    The Claimant has also incurred charges of Valuers, Millwright and Solicitors, preparatory to this Claim and consequent upon the destruction of his property amounting to £12 12s    
    The Schedule of Particulars referred to in the Annexed Claim of Luke Oates        
    The Entirety of the Property comprised in Part 1 of this Schedule destroyed by the Inundation, belonged to the Several Owners of the 'Rowell Bridge Wheel' Grinding Wheel, in the proportions following, namely, three twelfths to Mr John Pitchford, three twelfths to the Mortgagee and Devisees of George Goodinson, deceased, three twelfths to Oates, 2 twelfths to Alfred Darwent and Henry Darwent as joint Tenants and one twelfth to Elizabeth Smith. The Claimant, Luke Oates, seeks to recover three twelfth parts of the Damages shewn by the following particulars in Part 1 of Schedule & to which three twelfths he is entitled to as Owner
